I am an extremely target orientated and results driven individual, but my approach is very hands on and personable.
I have a great understanding of how owner managed businesses operate and the support those owners need.
I am looking to provide support to those owners who are new entrepreneurs at the early stages of their business and need help setting up their business from the start.
I also want to provide business owners the support they need to improve existing business performance and implement any changes to enhance performance.
I am also able to provide those owners who are ready for retirement an exit option with a flexible approach to their retirement.

I have worked in financial positions for the last 20 years of my career and been employed for a period of 15 years of my career with a Owner managed SME manufacturing business which started from one site, 10 staff members, under 1m turnover and ageing machinery.
I was part of the management team and right hand man to the Managing director which has seen the business grow to 3 manufacturing sites, over 150 staff members, 25m turnover, over 10m investment in new machinery and a vast property portfolio.
